There were comfy beds and a personal safe, central heating, an iron and ironing board inside the room. It was based in very very good building in a brilliant location, on number 4 tram route.

Location was good.

The hearing is terrible, it feels like the walls are cardboard... Even with a small suitcase it was difficult to climb the 3rd floor on a narrow spiral staircase.

The location is great allowing easy access to many attractions clean and bright rooms made for a pleasant stay.

The stairs are steep challenging if you have luggage noise levels were disruptive making sleep difficult.

Great location near museums and canals. Room had nice amenities like a hairdryer, body soap, and tv. Staff was super friendly and helped with everything we needed. Just a heads up, the stairs are steep, so travel light! Enjoyed the fact that the room was cleaned daily and smelled fresh!

I loved the huge choice of bars and restaurants just a few minutes away. The cozy relaxation area with comfy chairs and a great TV to unwind. The only downside was that it could've been a bit quieter at times. Overall, I recommend arriving early to snag great pillows for a good night's sleep! 😊

Clean room, central location- in Amsterdam. Staff were professional, and the hotel had a 24h reception.

Overpriced, and hence poor value for money. There was not even tea/coffee in the rooms, and the buffet breakfast was very basic! Rooms overlooking the canal can be noisy.
